| Client: Palm, Inc. Description: The Palm Pilot uses a computer-based version of the organizer's software, Palm Desktop Software, for synchronizing information between the user's computer and the Palm Pilot. Palm wanted a tutorial whose graphics could be easily modified for future releases, whose engine would accommodate localization, and whose content would help both novice and experienced users. Features: * Available in five languages. * Demonstrates how to organize, synchronize, and maximize use of the handheld and the Desktop Software. * Interactive simulation replicates the features of the Desktop Software accurately. | Client: Ross Stores Description: Employees in two warehouses spoke 17 languages and many were computer-phobic. Ross wanted a tutorial to train employees on newly installed DEC terminals and RF scan guns that tracked merchandise as it moved through the warehouses. Features: * Comfortable "look and feel" to ease employees into the training and using computers. * Testing, scoring, and tracking of employees who used the training. * Accurate, interactive simulation of the software applications. * Easy reporting feature for management. * Voiceover and video clips enhanced learning. * Signin required.
